Castles, ponds and polders
On Saturday, our unique 50KM will take us past all kinds of castles, ponds, polders to finish in Blankenberge.
The other tracks opt resolutely for the polders but even here there are new gems along the way.
Get to know Sint-Pietersplas, the Meetkerkse Moeren, Polderwind, Uitkerke polders and the renewed walkway of Blankenberg Pier.
Sunday 7 May
The coast all the way
Op zondag flirten alle parcours met de kust.
We will walk over (Wreckwood)bridges, through (dune) bushes, past lighthouses/lookouts and, of course, on the beach and in the dunes.
Lots of viewpoints along the way: a view of the beach and the hinterland from the bridge “Het Wrakhout” in Wenduine, a vista from Guillaume Bijl’s lighthouse in De Haan/Vosseslag and a lovely view from the Spioenkop in Wenduine.
